Things to do during Scenar therapy
Drinking a glass of filtered water before and after each treatment is a good idea, as is 1.5 to 2 litres of it per day during a course of treatments. It's worth factoring into your plans that sometimes people feel tired after Scenar treatment, and may need to have a nap at some point. Scenar works best when you follow, as much as possible, the advice from your therapist. This is particularly important as things improve: you may naturally want to test your limits and return to old activities quickly. Unless you're a well-conditioned athlete, it's usually more important to consolidate the gains over several months, and to ease back gradually into activities that challenge whatever was causing you pain. Scenar's effects continue for a long time after each treatment, so it's advisable to keep a record of changes in pain levels, flexibility and mobility, sleep patterns, and the re-appearance (usually very brief) of old conditions. All of these can be indicators of progress, and provide clues on what to treat next.

Alcohol and recreational drugs block the brain's ability to
process information, so it's best to not use them in significant quantities for 24 hours before and after
Scenar treatment. It's also best not to eat a large meal for two hours before or after. And because of the way
that Scenar works with the skin, it's advisable for best results to clean off any make-up or face/body creams
before treatment, and to not bathe or shower for two hours before or after treatment.|
