Arthritis therapy, to be successful and lasting, depends largely on optimising the state of the cartilage and synovial fluid, and, in the case of rheumatoid and some other forms of arthritis, balancing the immune system. The most obvious initial steps you can take with arthritis are to alter repetitive work and extreme sports activities that may be over-stressing the joints, to add beneficial exercises and to change your diet. But the other most powerful step is to use an energy stimulating therapy such as Scenar.
